Stop on by True North they have the book for sale. Bought mine there over the weekend. They have great food too. We stayed there a few nights. It was better than camping.

I have been tinkering with this for a long time.
Check it out. Let me know what you think and suggest things to add.

We should be able to embed these sorts of maps into the online guidebook, as opposed to the static maps.

Nice, Caribe. Thanks for sharing it.

To me this confirms one thing, there is still so much potential in the area.

Hi everybody

Is there any place in the Gorge or around to buy the printed 3rd edition guidebook? i.e. Miguel's? I'll be around in August. I know it won't be the best temperature, but is it still OK to climb there in summer?

thanks

Miguels has it. Climbing in summer is fine, just different. You are perpetually hot, sweating, and then become like a powdered doughnut after the fine sand/dirt starts sticking. Good holds kinda suck and bad holds are there just to laugh at you. Lots of fun :)

lol, I can imagine. The thing is that I'll be in USA 3 weeks for a course in Ohio. I know summer is not the best season, but as I come from Spain, I won't have many more choices to enjoy climbing there. So, more or less, now or never! Spain is full of good sport climb, but overhanging sandstone?? No way, I have to see it!

Btw, I would be really nice to climb with some of you there.

See you!
