You just made my point! Our budget consists of about 60% entitlements and interest on the debt. Soon we won't even be able to pay the interest - rates are super low right now. You people have no idea how screwed we are in just a few years.

And I NEVER supported the prescription drug entitlement. The "conservatives" who supported it showed they do not stand behind their principles - that is why a Tea Party is emerging.

Mike, I'm not arguing with you. I'm pointing out that most of these politicians are the same. They say one thing to get elected, then they get in there and spend, spend, spend! If you think Bunning is any different because of this one situation, you are gullible.
