It was actually my mistake. At the beginning of each year I put together a calendar of RRGCC events and related dates for planning purposes. Sandy had told us JATD needed to be the second weekend in August and I guess I wasn't looking at the calendar closely enough when I put my list together.

So, can anyone tell me why we had to change the date to the second Saturday of August this year? Sandy told me it had to change, but I was never told a reason??
