dude! thanks! I don't know what grade of injury I have at this point. Its not that swollen. If just feels fat and aches. It didn't "bowstring". OM'MF'ing'G!! So I'm hoping its a Grade 1 or 2.

From your initial description and the description from the link, your injury sounds like Grade III.

Yep, sounds right to me - when mine went in Hueco you could hear it from 15 feet away. Sounds like stepping on a dry branch, or maybe plastic buckle? No real pain but a sudden a very noticeable loss of strength. I took 6 weeks off altogether, then another 2-3 of very light climbing once a week. Took maybe 16 weeks before I didn't notice it anymore.

just out of curiosity what route?
gotta go sllooooooooow in the winter, some days it's just all warming up.
to heal it go sllooooooooooooooower or it will be a forever nag.
and like allah said, you just have to adjust.
