I shot it with one hand while I climbed with the other. I read about figure fours from John Long and it works great for this.

That is the greatest climbing video ever. I'm not sure I've got the patience to read the script but the video intensity is incredible. Spencer has got some serious competiton here.

Mack5 wrote:redpoint in your video, it looks like you to the path of MOST resistance.....why dont you make it easier on yourself and just grab that big branch???its not like anything youve been on out side has been smaller then that huge branch.....oh also, this post is about training and pros......i dont think your video showed eaither of those....am i right??
I will respond to your very ignorant post as I can tell you are a gumby and in need of expert advice from a pro and Im not saying Im a pro but I am a pro so there so here we go so there:

1. Every pro like me and all the pros train for endurance more than anything so that you have the endurance to climb so we climb everything the hardest way - thats called setting a route by the way - so that we can train our pro mussels.

2. My video was made about how a pro trains and not how a pro shows off - if I wanted to make a show off video I would have but I didn't so both of those were there but you are not a pro enough to know what you are seeing and need to watch it again then you will be a pro maybe in a long time

3. Fuck you you hurt my feelings and pros have lots of feelings

4. Refuck you (a form of my new pro term "Reproject") we pros are tuff and our feelings dont get hurt like from gumbies

I'm pretty sure all the pros could climb at least a grade harder if they made sure to electronically change their clothes at least six times mid-climb:

Mine is better because it is something that everybody can do not just the good climbers but the gumbies too. Good climbers dont need to work out but gumbies need to work out so they can be good climbers so they both need to work out to be pros like me - so tree climbing in the backyard is the way to go but dont use chalk because your mom will be mad because it marks up the tree too much but it doesn't but Mom is a bitch who doesnt know about climbing but I dont care!
