Mike...your explanation seems somewhat likely. Although when we were there, there were two lockers on the anchor chain of Creepshow.

FYI the draws were those of Dr Karl, there's a thread around someplace talking about the reason for leaving them on the route. Generally they were in good shape to me (especially in comparison to the top draws on Twinkie).

mikes explanation for the sign seems correct. i was there one day with the draws in place and came back a few weeks later to guide at phantasia and saw the sign and noticed the lack of draws on the anchors. the client i was guiding didn't know how to clean but i thought could make it up creep show on tr so i left one locker and one nonlocker on the anchor.
