My heart doesn't start beating until I've had my one cup of Joe.
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

2 cups per week at work throughout most of the year. During winter months however I like to have hot, black coffee in my thermos while out climbing so that ups my count a bit. Oh yeah, sometimes a little bourbon in the climbing coffee never hurts anything.
efil lanrete... i enjoy the sound, but in truth i find this seductively backward idea to be quite frightening

"I'm not an addict. Its cool. I'm in control."

I can quit any time I want. I just don't want to.

But I have pared down to 1 cup every morning. And the occasional one in the afternoon.

We need to correlate these answers to the answers to other questions such as, "how hard do you send"?

I saw someone mention decaf. What's the point then of drinking coffee? That's like drinking beer with no alcohol, or eating cheese cake with no fat, it just doesn't make sense.

Haven't been able to tolerate the stuff since I was pregnant. My vice is tea...iced with little or no sugar. During the winter, I drink it hot and black to keep me warm.
