You can poach any of Kipp's routes, just lead them on gear and chop the bolts muttering something about ethics and purer style.

you would think, but most gym rats without the slightest notion of climbing community (whatever that is any more - anticlmbr) can crank pretty damn hard. It sucks that their lead belay card at the gym gives them the confidence to go to muir without someone who knows the ropes.
