i think you just show up and pay - unless you need a site with electricity. then you might want to reserve something.

bump and.........
Reading, Writing and Arithmetic. Remember the days when summer was coming to an end ? No more staying up late, no more long days at the lake, having to start listening to teachers and praying for the next summer to start......Dealing with not having the supplies to be productive at school should not be a problem.
With our country's current economic problems and the on going problems of this region most the children around this part of the country will start off each year behind and lacking the supplies they need to ensure a better life.
WE NEED YOUR HELP ! Climbers That Care will be gathering school supplies and will be distributing them to the local schools.
Drop your supplies off at RRO's paintball office anytime or better yet bring them to the Johnny and Alex Trail Day on August 1st !
Thanks and if you have any questions please let me know
Matt

we're starting to get more registrations, but I know there are at least a few folks out there who have told me they are coming who have not registered - including people who are helping organize in one way or another.
So please register today. Either email me at
JATD@rrgcc.org or go to rrgcc.org and register there. Thanks!!
In case I haven't said, Miguel's is feeding us lunch and True North Inn is providing dinner. Please be sure to thank our generous sponsors when you see them.
BONUS - everyone who comes out for JATD will get $5 off their Roctoberfest admission!

Red River Outdoors is crucial to making this event happen - we wouldn't have it at all without Matt and Amy Tackett. Thanks, guys!! I adore you both.

And in more good news, our very own Wes Allen will be documenting the day with his amazing camera skills, in addition to putting on a slideshow at the after-party. Thank you, Wes!

one last call for registrations! I'm placing the t-shirt order this afternoon. Email
jatd@rrgcc.org with your t-shirt size and any tools or supplies you can bring. Of course if you aren't sure that you will make it, you can still come help if you don't register today, but I can't guarantee you a tee. Just be sure to register at least a week prior when I will be getting the final count for food. Thanks, y'all!

Anyone who has a decent GPS unit is encouraged to bring it to JATD. With the expected turnout for the event we have the opportunity to do some non-labor oriented tasks such as document trail locations.

We have several folks bringing them, Bill. I get you a count later. More are also encouraged, just in case we need 'em!
