Forearm Follies.....Another overlooked gem!
This route is bad ass....pure Red River George...except the rock is very different...very sculpted and super colorful.
This thing is a full 60 meter rope stretcher....when you lower off and untie, both ends of the rope are 4-5 feet off the ground after the rope stretch rebounds. A super pump and super fun. You could actually top the thing out and stand on top of Military Wall. Get on it and don't forget to take 16 draws with you
BTW - Laban took a 15-20 footer up high on it last night so the old Porter hangers are safe

It is not the hangers you have to worry about, it is the 13 year old wedge style bolts holding them in.

What is the consensus on having this thing rebolted with nice new stainless hardware? I may just know two people who would be willing to handle the task... if it is kosher with the climbing community and FS...of course

I don't know how off-beat it is, but I got on The Return of Chris Snyder this weekend and thought it was great.

Yeah man all of Purple Valley is off the beaten sport path. How is the sun there...or rather I should ask how is the shade?

Toxic avenger, just wish it had anchors and maybe another bolt or two.
