Last week capt swift there put a 3" screw right though the center of new water line while hanging drywall. He could not have hit it any better if he tried. He comes running up the stairs "um, mike, I think we hit a water line"

Face it; some people's construction skills are not up to the level we seek. But we manage to get by anyway.
