Bost came up with the scoring concept but it's not on my computer here @ work. If Rick doesn't see this and reply beforehand, I'll see if I can track down more details when I get home.

This is to remind everyone of the
importance of preregistering for Rocktoberfest. This is important because
the first 200 people to preregister will get a special schwag bag. We are quickly approaching 200 preregistrants. This is also important because we will use the preregistration numbers to determine how much food to get from Bourbon & Toulouse for Saturday night.
We cannot guaranteed that you will be able to get dinner Saturday night unless you preregister. Finally, the Sunday clinics will be taught by sponsored athletes. We hope to announce the details of the clinics later this week and I assure you
the clinics will fill up once the details are released on the athletes. So get on over to
http://rrgcc.org/rocktoberfest/ and preregister to lock in your spot!!!

La Sportiva will also provide gear demos, including a full fleet of its award winning Solution, Miura VS, and Cobra climbing shoes. ...
... In addition to sponsoring the event, two La Sportiva athletes and a representative from the RRGCC have decided to step up and help the local community. Morgain Sprague, a member of the RRGCC board of directors, Emily Harrington and Daniel Woods, both members of La Sportiva’s climbing team, will teach seniors at the Powell County Public High School about outdoor sports, especially rock climbing.
“We are doing this as an educational component to the RRGCC's mission. Obesity in children is at epidemic levels, especially in Eastern Kentucky. These children live in an area with outdoor activity readily available. They just have to walk out their back doors to be in the foothills of Appalachia,â€
