Sorry if the price thing was confusing. Go with VA's explanation. If anyone is seriously house shopping feel free to shoot Steve or myself a private msg. We are hesitant to sell the house without using an agent but how could we not post something here first. Gotta give first dibs to the climbers.
Lbar.com is a great resource for house shopping.

I could go on and on about why someone should buy our house, but I really can sum it all up in a sentence. The garage floor is painted red and it reminds me of the floor at the old Climb Time.

PM or E-mail me if you want specifics on ages of systems, improvments, new stuff, etc.

Where I live, that house would go for around $375,000

Stupid Boom-town economics.

That much? Sweet we'll pull it out there and plop it on a foundation and get rich!

I'd blame the Coloradans who used to be Californians if I were you.

Good question. I was wondering the same thing myself and I painted the place and have lived here 6 years. Our house has color, its not some bland boring off white. Earth tones, greens, browns, oranges. Our bathroom is yellow with a blue ceiling. Never got around to having an artist friend paint clouds...probably for the best. Hardwood floors, tan tile, funky wood chip press board kitchen floor. Not to mention the sweet "Climb Time Red Circa 1997" garage floor (When exactly did they paint the floor red at that place?).
