Multivitamin during the week (I always forget to bring them to the Red)
Redbull a while before the send
Powerbar Recovery Drink (or another 4:1 - carbs:protein drink) after a workout

Lots of Ibuprofen, Naproxen, or whatever it is I think I need...

C,E, alpha lipoic acid, acetyl l carnitine, multi, ibuprofen, whey protein shake pre workout, intra workout, and post workout, redbull, water, and mingue bros. (and there might be others)

Alieve, red bull, cytomax (orange flavor) for before and during. Muscle milk for after. Multi most days, and also Eleuthero when I am climbing alot.
