If you use high tension grippers like Captains of Crush your grip will get phenomenally strong.
Got the Dynaflex at Dick's, $20, seems to be a good workout for all the forearm and hand muscle groups, balanced, not too hard.
I feel like a dork using it, a little awkward to do while driving; and the guy on the accompanying video is scarey
I like the dynaflex. I assume it is doing little to increase forearm strength, but have no doubt that it helps with warming up, getting the blood flowing, etc.
Are these Captains of Crush for real - ie do they really work? I could give a shit about working my way to a #4, but if the 60-80lb'ers can help, then I'd like to get them.
If your an adult male anything up to and including the number 1 is realistic. My measured grip strength right now is 280 lbs from using grippers for the last 6 months 4 times a week or so.
