Speaking of Skinwalkers, I am going to be on the Navajo Reservation next week. The very same place of the story of the Skinwalkers.

I bolted my first 5.13 this weekend. One hundred feet of perfect slightly overhanging rock. Very sustained, technical, and powerful. I took me more than an hour just to work out the moves on it. It should be a difficult challenge for me to redpoint it and a worthy goal. It's a good thing I've been getting back in shape and training harder...

Who ever thought that dramatically cutting back on alcohol consumption, colas, burgers, and a regular exercise program combined with daily ab workouts, stretching, and 5 days a week of climbing would pay off? I'm beginning to feel like a new man already...

Now if I could just climb all those V6/V7 boulder problems without getting pumped and falling off between them then life would be really good...
