8) Life doesn't suck, I guess.

I see people running on 15 alot, any other ideas on where to run down there? Esp. at night, so I don't get run over?

Ask Miguel's daughter. I talked to her about where she runs & she had some suggestions. You could maybe train with her too...she'd probably help your time get to where you want it.

run from miguels up to the natural bridge a few times, that should be a good workout and mostly free of cars.
Sand inhibits the production of toughtosterone, so get it out and send.

My feet need to heal. :( I want go get back to running. Also I need to get a new doctor his office sucks butt.
