Long term Rest day

Post by Gaar »

I've been climbing hard (4-5 days a week at the red) for the past year or so and finnaly decided to take a break. I was thinking about maybe 3 months off starting now and lasting through the hot of the summer. And starting back in september.

I have a hang board and a Bachar ladder at my house and was wondering what would be the best low impact traing to keep my enduance somwhat up! The Bachar ladder kills my tendons in my elbows after about 3 laps, so i want to stay away from that.

Any ideas and Suggestions would be great.

Gaar the one stealing shit out of other climbers cars at the Red...Check out his pad if you don't believe me (no joke). That's what he's really doing on his 'rest days.'
