For breakfast?

JB once said this about J-Rock: "J-Rock has more energy than should be allowed by law."

We have a french press for home and one for the van. And that grit in the bottom of the cup... oooooh, that's the good stuff. I can't live without it.

I love good coffee. The Coop in Lexington has good organic sumatra. In a pinch, I resort to Starbucks Sumatra from the grocery store. Lexington Coffee & Tea company has great coffee too. They roast it right there. It's dang good.

We should have a climbers night at the Coop.

Wes, you need to drink your coffee before noon and then lay off caffeine completely. You'll find your life to be much better balanced if you switch to whiskey at noon.
