Normally, I wouldn't do this, but I be so 'cited! Don't want to turn this into a brag on dipsi thread; just wanted to share with my favorite community!
I've lost five pounds this week! I'm finally on the road back to fit after the tick had his or her way with my health! Running (treadmill mostly for now), lifting, yoga, eating healthy. I feel great! Still got the arthritis pain and the weird little neuro things, but I just ignore them an go on!
Anyone else making some serious life changes? Whoohoo! Life is good!

You're gonna be hiking 5.11 by the end of the summer, Di. I think you've beaten the bug. Now you just need to find a way not to work 80 hours a week...

Thanks, all, for all the well wishes. I really can feel the old me coming back and it's great! Now to lose 10 more pounds and lift my tushy back up where it used to be!
