Oooh, yeah! Trail running is soooo great!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

I like to cook when I can. I'm also an art geek somewhat and use extravagantly budgeted lighting rigs for high end parties.

I try to limit myself to two hobbies, rock climbing and guitar. Anything more and I'm spread too thin to accomplish what I want. Somehow other stuff keeps creeping in. Soccer at lunch time. I've started a swimming workout again. Built an adirondack chair this weekend. Recently started collecting coins. etc.

I've found that I really like long distance running (marathon), and would like to get into some triathlons later.

Hell, anybody can take me now. I haven't trained in several years... and a person must practice regularly to keep their skills sharp. Besides I'm definitely not as strong or fast as I once was...

Drinking totally counts.

Other activities: weightlifting, wine, running, beer, hanging on my fingerboard, bourbon, PS2, scotch, elliptical machine, rum, reading, vodka, taking my dog to the dog park/walking my dog, gin, daydream about climbing more as soon as I win Powerball.
