gate code at muir???

Post by cowboy »

Is there a gate code at muir? I've never been there and just heard about this possibility. Any help will be greatly appreciated. We're leaving for the red in about 6 hours.

Thanks

Last time I was out there, there was no gate that needed to be opened.

There is a gate and lock but it's usually open. I'd post the combination but I'm not sure if the Weber's want it listed online.

You also need to fill out a legal release form before you climb there. I think you can do it online at www.muirvalley.com

Yep, like John E said, go to www.muirvalley.com. There are also several maps there and the online waiver. Usually the gate is left open on the weekends. Have fun!

Isn't it still posted at the kiosk?
