I recommend immediate ampuatation of all affected fingers. Seriously, I just try to leave it alone until it heals back.

After the pumice, slather vasoline on your hands and put on cotton gloves to sleep in. I know it's too michael jacksonesque :oops: , but it works. In the a.m., neutrogena hand cream. All better in no time.
