Armageddon No More

Post by Artsay »

Our beloved Horatio sent Armageddon yesterday turning it to a free line. Bad ass send and one scary ass lead. That line is gorgeous and deserved all the effort that Matt's put into it. All his work paid off.

Congrats, Matt! You must be PSYCHED!

What are you naming it?
Does he have a strange bear claw like appendage protruding from his neck? He kep petting it.

Great work Matt. We just don't deserve to know you!!!!

You must be crazy...crazy strong I mean.
I know that you believe that you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

You said he lead it. That sounds super scary. Great send Ho, that thing sure is purdy, but not nearly as purdy as you.

considering the old name and the apparent difficulty I think the name of the climb and the rating should be 6.16

thanks. i think the name will be snotrocket. i'd like to say the thing is .11+ just so people would get on it because i think it's one of the coolest routes i've ever done, but it's probably a little harder than that. it was so technical, and i had to get it so dialed before i could do it on toprope, that i really don't know what the grade is. .12+ i guess. maybe R, but i really don't know what that means.
