ynp1 - I'm really not messing with you by saying this - you have givien the rrgcc a lot of thought. it show's in your posts that you care a great deal about the coalition one way or another. i'm jus curious - why don't you jus' pay 10.00 and join like i did? I mean - to me it's just part of the necessary expenses of climbing. I don't think you have to be a member to climb on the mp though - jus sign a waiver and send it in and climb is all i've herad the rrgcc say they wanted.
is it only 10 now?? it use to be 20, i think... well maybe i will, but nobody has showed me that the members have any more of a voice then i do now. the BOD has all the power and the CAC (which i maybe able to get on) has little to no power. i have friends and i know people that were or are on it and they comfirm my thoughts... but i just did come from vegas and i threw ten dollars on things that were about as worthless as a membership to the rrgcc, so maybe i will... thanks KD,

ill do that sometime, but what is the reason people on this board cant talk about it. is there a gag order out on this subject. or do the BOD have to have a meeting before they can talk to anybody or give answers. also i dont think alittle attitude ever hurt anybody. hell this board is full of attitude

I think it's just the invalid questions along with the attitude DAB but I'll humor you, not that I have any inside info.
Don't know how much has been raised but anyone who has even the simplest grasp of how a mortgage works will know it doesn't have to be paid in 3 years (unless it's a 3 yr mortgage). If the payments aren't made then probably it'll be auctioned off or repoed by the lender. Are all the payments gonna be met, who knows but we hope so?
