*if you skip clipping the tree because it's just not stylish*
*if you know the meaning of "benighted"*
*if your nice new camalot stopped functioning because of all the red mud in it*
*if you remember skipping Fortress and heading to Muscle Beach cause there was a single car at the pulloff*

There's a LOT more out there !!!

the balls to rap off of a nalgene? or is that plain foolishness? why do people get stupidity and "balls" mixed up? maybe plan better next time...especially if it was a one pitch route, I think I'll chose a different partner next time...

You know you'r a trad climber when:
Your favorite piece of gear is a 12' length of webbing. You still know how to stack it and could write a book on it's 101 uses. And your belay and rap device is one and the same wt no moving parts.

Is anyone else burned out on trivia?

I know I am not a trad climber because I don't know what the hell any of you are saying. I'm very proud of it too.

You get enjoyment out of hiking in a 65lb pack.
You know, like nunchuck skills, bowhunting skills, computer hacking skills... Girls only want boyfriends who have great skills.

Or look up at all of the manky placements you have to clean from your frined who was nice enough to lead the climb for you. :D
