Heating Bag Tip

Post by Artsay »

I just heard something cool...

You can put dry rice in a towel, sew it up, and use it as a reusable heating bag. Microwave it for 5 minutes and the heat will last for about an hour. My co-worker just told his wife made a long one for her back and it's lasted 4 years now.
Does he have a strange bear claw like appendage protruding from his neck? He kep petting it.

Very cool idea - so much cheaper than the $20 herbal bag I have. You should be able to freeze that too for a flexible ice pack.

 I wish I could be that creative sometimes, but I don't think I could afford the lawsuits.

My massage therapist made me one for Christmas last year. I love it!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.
