The Democratic Majority : I have absolutely no clue why I read that.

Anthem - Ayn Rand : Sorry Ayn while independence is good to live by Ego isn't, still a good short book.

Just started reading "Aggressive Network Self Defense".

It consists of fictitional accounts of very detailed and realistic hacks during which the victim hacked back before contacting authorities.

I read that a couple of years ago. I thought it was really cool. I think I have read most of his books, although not the recent science book.

I also recently read Sideways before I saw the movie. Pretty good book. I think the author is Rex Pickett.

Not much of a reader, but I really love Chuck Palahniuk's work, Choke and Survior are probalby my favorite books of all time. I recently finished The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand and really dug it. I like how her work is kinda the opposite of all the Chris Sharma Nate Gold hippy happy all in one buddist shit (not that i aggree with her, it's just a nice change). It's funny how Ayn Rand's work is referenced 's like the back of John's Stewart's book, where they quote her as saying "This is similar to my works in that anyone who reads it is sure to be an asshole for at least a month afterward." Kinda sums up her work.

Slacking so bad in this department it's scary.

Finished Love, etc. (Julian Barnes) like 2 months ago and haven't finished a novel since.

Currently it's The Bluegrass Conspiracy (Sally Denton) cause that's required reading for Lexintonians and I've never read it. Also reading Amusing Ourselves To Death (Neil Postman), nice look at Fast Food Television in light of Aldous Huxley.

Then revisiting some Kafka short stories (cause work's so Kafkaesque these days) and some poetry -- Rumi (thanks VA/Paul) and Sherman Alexi.

I'm currently reading the latest two issues of Harper's Magazine and a Saul Bellow book that I haven't started.

Squeeze, if you're reading Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance you'll really like Peter Matthiesen's In Search of the Snow Leopard. It combines the zen journey with the Himalaya.

MeetVa, Catch-22 is my favorite book of all time.
