Ah, Diggum. You know if I can take a lead fall, you can take a lead fall.

Of course, now I'm a big chickensh*t!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

the key for me was not training, not working out, increasing my alcohol consumption, living in dirt and vomit, climbing in the cold, sickness and in health, bouldering, and sport climbing, and not thinking about falling.

I can vouch that ho fo is not lying or exaggerating on this one. The gelding can consume some alcohol. However, I would not reccomend sharing a tent with him as I have witnessed him puking inside them on a couple of occasions.

I would also note that he is a mutant and any advise he gives about climbing hard should be avoided at all costs.

Climb for the fun of it.........naturally you will improve. If you get hung up or level out then get the expert advice mentioned above (I perfer Peformance Climbing vs Flash Training), but if you do not like to push yourself and want instant results then your level will stay about the same.

Wes mentioned cardio...........it never hurts to get in better shape-forty years from now your heart will thank you.

I've been trying to get in a bunch of pitches slightly below my limit. If you are sending 5.10 than do at least seven pitcehs of 5.10 every time out. Running just makes you want to eat more and beer will replace lost cals. It only took 11 years to figure it all out. Oh wait. No idea what I am talking about/

Lost of Swx for your cardio, Lost of wacking off for your forearm strenght (make sure to switch it up too) Get into the climbing gym once a week, and pick up the hottest lady in there suck up all her knowledge and then move on to the next lady. Oh wait Climbing chicks are impossible to hook up with and possibly have a relationship with, So just work the cardio with the easy ones and then climb on the weekends. Oh, shit thats how I started to climb 5.13 in my first year of climbing

allah, speak for yourself...i've never had a hard time with the ladies  . climber chicks are particularly cool & not too *into themselves*. very easy to get along with.
of course i'm not trying to get into their panties either (well...maybe chester).

gotten some good advice from some good climbers. i'm hittin amazon right now to buy rock warriors way.

ps...allah...try 1 thing at a time. whacking off & typing at the same time is really not working out.
