I am hoping the new guidebook will be spiral bound...seems more durable to me. My current spiral bound book has held up to years of abuse. Anybody know how the publisher is leaning? Would a poll of the websters on this site about their preferred binding method be useful, or listened to? Or is it already a moot point?

Nope. the type of binding has a special name, the type they use for library books. It is supposed to be a very durable type of binding.

I was hoping for spiral bound as well! Can't wait for this bad boy to come out, nonetheless.

I got to play with the new guide book material and type of book. It seems really durable to me, better than the spiral bound for sure.

I hat ethe spiral bound book. My spirals always rotate out and leave either the bottom or top of the book loose and it tears up the pages.
Ray, if you have the GB spiral bound I will unleash a new killer virus in your house.
