Okay, so I think I want to go down to the Red and start climbing there during the summer/spring. I want to know from all of you what preparations I should be making. I already climb 2x a week in the Gym, but I now want to start making plans for climbing at the Gorge. Advice like, technique issues, best places to climb, gear I might need, and things to be careful of are all welcome. I appreciate your help and look forward to meeting all of you soon.

Rebel Branch Hollow at Muir Valley is a great place to get comfortable climbing easy to moderate routes. VA and I had some friends there yesterday, most of whom had never climbed, let alone climbed outside, and they all had a blast and felt really successful. It was my first time at Rebel Branch, and I was really impressed! Great job, Team Muir!
