While Porters bolts probably do need replaced moving their location to make a route easier is LAME!!!!
I am not a very tall person, and I can still hang a draw on the (soon to be old) chains from the heel hook and the jugs above the break. The new anchor placement will just mean you don't have to stretch as much.

Did that route today - it looks like the old bolt was kinda manky, but the new ones look fine.
