Man, you know I been running on and off all winter. I ran three nights last week. I want do more biking this year too. But I don't want to race. But I think about it now and then. I'd like to just be able to run two or three times a week for a half hour or hour for something aerobic. Have fun with the du Ray.
I hear ya man. I don't like to race much either but I find that it motivates me to train. I can't just go out and run/ride unless I have a goal I'm shooting for.
