you need a category for the rare few that actually lead harder than they toprope. ie myself :wink:

Lead harder than I toprope. Plus I rarely toprope. It's just annoying.

I toprope the same grade I lead. You need to add that option.

I usually toprope for convenience when following trad and when a route is scary or I think it'll be an epic because it's harder than my abilities.
Does he have a strange bear claw like appendage protruding from his neck? He kep petting it.

I'm a big wuss. I've been TR-ing 5.12d when I would only lead 5.11a.... Climbing's always been a huge mind game to me.

Okay, rephrase, back when I was only leading 5.11a, I've been TR-ing 5.12d. :wink:

...not that I've been leading a lot harder right now.... :x

how much hanging on the rope talking over beta does this include?

My hardest lead and hardest top rope are the same grade, but I believe they are both misgraded by at least two letters between them.
