I used to know a guy who had one removed because of testicular cancer. We got into a discussion one day about prosthetic replacements after seeing something on TV about getting them for dogs. This guy thought it would be cool to get one with a bell in it (which they actually make), but I suggested he replace the missing one with two more just to see if anyone is paying attention.
