Atlanta based scum, as the article states its not only the New but the precedent for other areas is important here too.

I guess Atlanta was running out of sprawl space.

Ever wonder if instead of having to constantly go to "fresh, new land" we'll work on the land we've already developed?

like modern mass transit that happened to be routed thru dump sites that could be cleaned up along the way, the TVA of the 21st century, using American labor and American made machinery and products, hell no makes no sense

so, as long as someone is making money off the deal and that someone is american we should develop everything and anything?
regardless, working on blighted areas would still use american labor and machinery.
