Don't forget to smile. Even if you have to fake it. Smiling calms you. Even a fake smile. You have to be relaxed and calm to rest efficiently. Also, don't say take too soon. Learning to rest means holding on.
So now you'd better stop and rebuild all your ruins,

I havent found that key to shaking yet. My problem is breathing and relaxing. Once I can get to the point where I only have to use 40% instead of 80% to pull a move I think I will be able to send 12s but until i find it im doomed to climb 11's the rest of my life! I agree withg Wes as well. Being able to move through harder sections quicker and more efficiently (which means you gotta know the route or have an ideal of a plan of attack) will definately help you out. Also I think the only way to really get to where you want to be is climb climb climb.
Who Me? I gotta hitch hike god damn 18 miles to get a god damn beer......that's bullshit.

I've heard of people practicing speed climbing. You get a route wired then do laps as fast as you can and still have good form. It's supposed to help with climbing faster through cruxes and onsights.

You'd better not!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

Only if you are working on a brown-point for the route.

That's why I'm introducing new DependsTM for climbers! Whether pulling sport above your capabilities or making a rapid accent of a big wall DependsTM for climbers will get you there in style and comfort! Specially cut to hold a huge panic load without interfering with your harness, DependsTM for climbers is even great for boulderers, adding another soft layer of protection for falls. (DependsTM for climbers is not guaranteed against splattering leakage when used by boulderers.) And when you get time to change them remember, chalk keeps down the diaper rash!
