· Whenever you tell a climbing story it always starts out “I remember when..”
· Your harness is a rope with some fancy knot work
· You own 20 pairs of gainers
· You think “a nice rack” is a term referring to Marilyn Monroe
· You drive a Toyota Land Cruiser that has the “jeep” body style
· Your climbing shoes are waterproof
· You can smoke your rope
· You have got the entire Ansel Adams collection hanging in you living room
· You have no fingerprints
· You have got 2 inches of callus on your knees
· The skin on your face is permanently tanned
· You call a 50ft sport route an approach
· You always eat your Wheaties for breakfast...well think about it.
· You think chalk is just another kind of rock to climb on
· You own stock in Bosch Tools
· You actually have health insurance
· You can’t wear a ring anymore
· You think people who climb sober just don’t get it
