Good question, I have wondered for a while if anyone has ever sent skeletor, of if its just been forgoten about.

Well I did Skeletor on Oct. 32, 2002 and I gave it a soft 13D. Hope that helps! Oh BBerlier gets the second & he concurs with the rating

I don't think Skeletor has been done. Dave worked on it and thought it would go at 14d or so, but with a lot of work. I'm not sure he has even done all the moves yet.
