i have recently been going through a stressful time in my life that got bad this past week. i have dropped 7 lbs and have focused more on my running, training, climbing, and lifting routines. sex all fuckin' night too. damn it is great! no shit! my abs are stronger. arms are sore but stronger, endurance is up. stress rocks for motivation.
damn straight! but this is more like fight-or-flight kind of shit. just working out is keeping me focused and sharp. thinking is clearer, senses are more alive. shit bro - stress-out. It seems like the less i eat the stronger i get too. been living on one cliff bar and a little fruit for breakfast, then something light like a couple egg rolls for dinner. lots of coffee - calms the mind speeds the metabolism.
i had to dipsi it almost killed me monday. went out today and had the best climbing day i've had ia a very long time. didn't plan to do anything but climb as hard as i could - and did. wasn't hard grades but they were for me 4 onsights and one 5.8 trad that was a hard grade for me on gear. i feel good again.
