I have used my ball as a desk chair for the last eight years. I may never go back to a conventional desk /computer chair. I have scoliosis and even though I have used some of the best chairs (Herman Miller etc), I still had back pain. I rarely use th ball for exercise.
I'm still in the dab right fall left stage but the thing is great, my son used one in therapy years ago and I wish I had started back then. I'm gonna convince myself its a stepping stone to slacklining for the geritol crowd

I have a Herman Miller Aeron chair and a bad back. I realized that I never lean back on the thing.. (glad I didn't pay for it!) So what size ball makes the right sized "desk chair"? I want to try that.
I broke out the big ball last night & did some crunches on it. Holyyyy cow that is some hard work. I usually do around 200 crunches...I did 50 on the ball & every bit of it hurt. And my abs are sore today.
Now I move it to my office for a chair.

Not all in one set. 25 rest then 25 again. It's like a crunch on top of a crunch since you have to tighten your abs just to hold yourself on the ball. Good stuff.
