Do they expire?

Unfortunately it says on the sheet that it cannot be used on sale items or with another discount. Sorry, Paul’s rules not mine.

I'm just going to put this here...hope noone minds.

I am "allowed" to buy a little bit of gear w/ each of my paychecks. Let's start by saying I have nothing. 2 quickdraws & a 7 range finder & rope & pack & harness & shoes (the essential stuff plus a little).

So...I was going to buy some quickdraws. I like wiregates, but I am seeing a good price on something else & I'll consider it if it's good stuff. So here I am:
http://www.mgear.com/

I'm looking at the Omega Pacific wiregates (set of 6) or these trango ones. I haven't heard anyone say anything about the trango ones but they have a box of 5 regulars for 59. I could get 10 of those or the OP set of 6 w/ a couple long draws.

Advice?

I like Petzl spirt bent gates on the rope side, bolt side isn't as important. Maybe get some of these and some bent gates, then swap the rope side biners, and use the spares to start another set.

I prefer to build my own. Petzl Express dogbones with BD positrons and BD hotwires. 17.25-18.25/draw so kinda pricy.

I like the "keygate" biners for bolts and wiregates for the rope end. I'd get something like the BD PosiWire Quickdraw but I just don't like those skinny dogbones (yet).

Play with the Trango biners and draws if you get a chance. I just don't like the way their classic wiregates "feel" so I'm not that big on them.

Or get them and not worry about it.
Screw you guys. I'm going bowling.
