You want to hear a depressing thought? It takes me a little less than three hours to drive to the Red, a little less than four to the New, Seneca in what, 7 or 8. If you live in southern Germany, the Austrian alps are closer than the Red, the Swiss alps are closer than the New, and the Dolomites and the French alps and gorges of Provence are weekend trips. Ask me how I know this. Now excuse me while I go weep like a baby.
who wants to do cracks? everyone need to bolt the cracks so they are more acessible to everyone with a small pocket book. besides trad climbing is for old people. oh wait you are old im sorry Mr. Kneebar
why weep..the crags you just mentioned in the US are world class...typical thinking..grass is always greener. I climbed in England and Scotland this past summer, and was not impressed at all. We climbed in the lake district, but you can't beat SE sandstone....
there you go kneebar..only problem is no one is answering your question, since you asked for multi pitch trad outside of US and CANADA....last I checked, Squamish was in.....
