If you're alone on the vacation, Lilly Boulders has some great bouldering (it's basically at the Obed)

Yeah I remember you now too (Paul3eb). Good Convo, can't say I agreed with ya, but that's America, right? Any good climbs in OH? I'm sure I'll be dropping in there sometime in the next couple years. Maybe we can hang out, climb a few routes, and discuss fun political/ethical/religious issues...

Obed Clesr Creek has some killer sport routes if you like clipping bolts. I have been to the bouldering area and it was alright I need to go back because its beenawhile. But the sport routes are top class with great exposure of the creek and rapids (which looks as big as a river). Its def. worth it! You should also check out rocktown its probably 2.5 hours from knowxville in lafayette GA
Who Me? I gotta hitch hike god damn 18 miles to get a god damn beer......that's bullshit.

ohio?! man you don't know about the climbing mecca of the western hemisphere?! we can't talk anymore. i don't want to be associated with someone quite as ignorant to the climbing world as you.

ok ok.. yeah, tennesse has some good climbing. how is it that no one has mentioned littel rock city. that's one of my favorite places to go. t-wall is pretty awesome if you're looking for trad.

Come on Paul3eb, a self educated man as yourself, not taking a moment to educate a fellow climber, that doesn't sound like you.

Thanks all for the many suggestions. That should help me get started on my research of the area...

i was serious about the little rock city and twall.. i haven't been to the other places so i can't comment. i wasn't as thrilled about rocktown as i was lrc but when i got there i was a little beat to begin with. and ohio has no climbing.. at all. and about that, i'm dead serious. don't let anyone tell you otherwise. check out rock n' rock and see the whole.. i think it's six sites in ohio. none of which are even remotely worth it..

i'm telling you though, little rock city..
