I was visiting a gym a while back and a service they offered, which I thought was sort of neat, was to video tape you while you climbed. The instructor would then review this with you and provide you with feedback/advise.
I don't know what the cost of this was but it looked interesting.
I tried that a long time ago on a friend's bouldering wall. It worked well for a few people in the group, but whenever they turned the camera on me, I consistently climbed much worse than normally.

They do similar things for a lot of divers and swimmers. But Norma, unlike you, when I knew I was "under the fire" I always did things the right way. Much to the dislike and grumbelment of my swim coach.
