Rock Quest Review
I have to echo the sentiments on Rock Quest! That was an awesome place. I only had time to get on one wall, but it was demanding and let me know I really need to get back in shape. I ran out of steam too quickly!
Thanks, Chris and staff for making us all feel so welcome. I hadn't been to Cincy for some time. It has really changed since the 60s!
It was great to see everyone, and I'm still not sure who everyone was, but I did come away with a good feeling. I wish I lived closer to a gym. Of course I'm really close to climbing, but no one climbs down here!
And, Yasi, pick me, pick me! I'll come!

What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

How much quality climbing are you going to get in on a cold, wet winter day? Train now inside & climb stronger outside when the weather get's better in the spring. Last night @ RQ I climbed 17 routes in a little more than 2 hours. Tony has plenty of challenging routes. One of the leads is so hard that he and several others are projecting it! Justin Riddell has been setting as a guest and has some super routes up too. I couldn't talk about RQ routes w/o mentioning the "Legacy of Lehmkuhl". As the head setter before Tony, Jeff made a significant effort in acquiring new holds, including a number of mongo slopers.Wes wrote:Jan 22 Rain
