Sadly, for 90% of the trad climbers I know, truer words have never been spoken.

yeah, but you know I'm just kidding. I'm actually salivating to check out Rockquest. Training and fun are both very, very good things.

Come to Rockquest Sandy! It's great!

I promise I'll climb the chimney if you climb the chimney. I was going to do it with Steph last Saturday but she already did it by the time I caught up with her....

ROCKQUEST HAS A CHIMNEY?? Oh hell yeah I'll climb that! Ooooh maybe this Saturday?

Squeeze, you need to do Born Again Christian at the Great Wall. Very few people are small enough. You'll love it, and any guys within ear shot will thank you.

Yeah, Sandy-- this Saturday. :D And yes, there's a chimney-- if you do it without using any of the holds and just smear, it's a severe shoulder workout.

I was there last Saturday and echo J-rock's comments. We had a great time and are planning on some road trips there in the near future.

I've traveled to several cities across this great nation of ours, always bringing my shoes and harness. Rockquest is definitely in the top few I've visted.

The route styles were varied, challenging, and loads of fun. If you don't find a route you enjoy there, you're WAY TO PICKY!

Thanks to the route setters and to Chris for being such a great host.

36 degrees with a chance for rain and snow after a week of the same doesn't sound all that appealing, dear...
