See how many days it takes to recover. It's a good indication of how washed up you are.Next time stretch and warm up and don't overdo it.

Yeah Danny,

You should *ease* back into it. Sounds like you pushed a little too hard.
I haven't lifted since before surgery in Nov.
Plan on hitting it again at the start of Feb.
I will keep your sore muscles in mind and not go too hog-wild.

"GymArchive is used directly in the Internet"

Does this mean you can point and click to do the workouts? Woohoo, no more training.

Danny, pain is only weakness escaping your body. If it hurts the next day then you're weak and need to lift harder and without a day off.
Ticking is gym climbing outdoors.

You can build muscle well into your 80s. The key is to never stop exercising in your older years. The gym I used to go to had a guy that was 82 and he could squat and dead lift more than most of the people in the gym.

Uh, no!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

A few of the body positions are similar.

Danny, of course you're not old. You're the same age I am.

Nope. Definitely not old.
