Scenario to cheer everyone's day:

Is it 1:30am, Westie makes it to the top of Rocktown, a sense of anticipation and cheer is within the car as beers look forthcoming with friends already at campsite.

Come across an Explorer with a flat tire and 4 yokles who don't know a crank from their rear end.

Charlie, ever the nice philanthropist he is, gets out and offers to help them at least not punch a whole through their car with the jack starts to replace the front flat.
Along comes Jamon surveying the scene, "Wow. I hope you guys have 2 spares."
Charlie throws down the jack in disgust and walks away.

That sounds sweet, Yas. I think I'll bring rollerskates and a ski rope. I see a new sport on the horizon...

It seems I read those Subarus have higher overall clearance than Explorers.

Great week of bouldering. Temps were really good, although many of the problems at Rocktown were pretty wet from condensation. Killer time. I guess there was a hella New Years Eve party, complete with a drunken, dancing climbing falling into the fire. I was in *bed* by 10.

Didn't take many pictures, as the days I had planned as rest/photo days turned into bouldering days. I am getting way to old to boulder four days in a row and six out of seven. Here are a few though. And, Yasmeen, you can see why I was hoping for a little bit less spotting in the pic of you and the detached hands...

It was an amazing week. I had a blast! So many awesome people around and pretty good climbing. I love Rocktown!

Rocktown was great, and it was even better because I got to see alot of people I haven't seen in a while. I think the best part was waking up and hearing "Dude your still on fire. Roll on the ground." and then I heard some one say, "Dance it off." Good times

I'm sold, Wes. From now on I'll tell my spotter to get the hell out of my way and risk the tree burn on my back.

It was great to see everyone from the Red at Rocktown! Everywhere we went, the weather was perfect and the climbing was stellar. Thanks for a kickass trip, everyone! :D

Yas, you were so far away from the tree. I mean, I promised I would feel really bad if you did hit the tree after I asked the spotters to move. Isn't that enough?
