Post by philip171 »

I just started driving and I am trying to find a gym some were. I was wanting to go Lexington Rocks, but sounds like they went out of business. Are there any other places? Any were in Mt.Sterling, Whinchester? Lexington?

The Stadium in behind Fayette Mall has a tower. Pretty technical if you don't use the holds. I think it's $10 for the night. No bouldering or anything, but a pretty good workout.
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

If you can get someone to check you into the University of Kentucky's Johnson Center there are good top rope routes. The bouldering wall is a bit small, but there is enough to get a good workout. ($5 bucks a day).
